Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may reduce the time available for consultation or treatment and, where necessary, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. The Doctor or Clinic reserves the right to reschedule an appointment due to medical, operational or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Cancellation and ReschedulingIf you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible. The applicable cancellation, rescheduling and deposit policy will be communicated to you at the time of booking. Where a deposit has been paid, its treatment in the event of cancellation, non-attendance or late cancellation will be subject to the applicable booking policy. If no separate cancellation policy has been provided, reasonable cancellation or rescheduling conditions may apply where communicated to the patient before booking.
8. Prices and PaymentPrices for treatments and services are provided in
UAE Dirhams (AED), unless otherwise stated. Treatment prices may vary depending on the individual treatment plan, products used, treatment area, amount required and other factors. The final cost may therefore be confirmed following consultation and assessment. Payment must be made using the payment methods accepted by
FUTUREMED INTERNATIONAL CLINIC L.L.C. Any applicable taxes, fees or charges will be communicated to the patient where required.
9. Treatment Packages and PromotionsWhere treatment packages, promotional offers or special prices are available, additional terms may apply.
Promotional offers may be subject to availability, validity periods, eligibility requirements and other restrictions specified at the time of the offer.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers.
10. AftercarePatients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided by the Doctor. Failure to follow medical or aftercare instructions may affect the treatment outcome and may increase the risk of complications. 11. Follow-Up AppointmentsWhere appropriate, the Doctor may recommend a follow-up appointment to assess the treatment outcome or determine whether further treatment is clinically appropriate.
A follow-up appointment does not automatically entitle a patient to additional treatment, correction or refund.
Any further treatment will be assessed on an individual basis.

Refunds and Treatment CorrectionsBecause aesthetic and cosmetic medical treatments are individually assessed and performed, payment for a completed medical service does not automatically entitle a patient to a refund if the patient is dissatisfied with the aesthetic outcome. Where clinically appropriate, the Doctor may recommend a follow-up assessment or corrective treatment.
Any decision regarding additional treatment, correction or refund will be made on an individual basis, taking into account the circumstances of the case, the treatment provided and applicable laws and professional standards. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable UAE law.
